TrafficBasket is operated by the company PAYSPIRE SERVICES LLP, registered in India under The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

 

1. Cancellation Policy

Service-Based Subscriptions:

You can cancel your subscription to our service at any time by contacting our customer support team or through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, meaning no further charges will be incurred. However, any fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, and you will continue to have access to the service until the subscription period ends.

Service Orders:

If you wish to cancel a service order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the service, subject to our return policy.

Events or Services with Set Dates:

For events, appointments, or services with a scheduled date, cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are available for canceled orders or services under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as described.
  • You requested the cancellation within the allowed time frame (refer to the cancellation section).

Non-Refundable Items/Services:

Certain items or services are non-refundable, including:

  • Digital subscriptions (purchase of packages or plans).
  • Custom-made services.
  • Services that have already been rendered.

Refund Process:

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Once refund is initiated we need 5 business days to settle to your bank account.
